location was quite central close to many public transportation options. Check-in and out were quick. The hotel have private parking although it is at a cost and very tight entrance dificult to manuver.

For starters, it was insanely expensive. Secondly, there were no AC’s!! To get AC ( which is a basic amenity) I had to pay around €40 extra which was a rip-off!! Thirdly there js no room service, there is only one guy at reception. So if you need anything you have to go down to the receptionist because there is no room service. I wonder why so they call themselves a Hotel

It is a good option due to the good location (proximity to city center) and the comparatively affordable prices (Vienna is very expensive). Staff was polite and professional.

Location was excellent, 2-3 km from the sightseeing, transport is near the hotel, 2-3 minutes walking distance from train station, markets are also near the hotel. The room was clean, equipped with the necessary items. Towels were changed every day and the room was being cleaned.
